01What water should I use?
Use clean water only. In hard-water areas, distilled or demineralised water may reduce mineral build-up. Never add detergent, fragrance or chemicals.
02How much water can I add?
Do not exceed the 650 ml working capacity. Fill only when the cleaner is unplugged, fully cool and depressurised, then close the safety cap securely.
03Why is the cleaner not producing steam?
Check the water level, safety cap, plug and power. Allow the unit to heat. If steam still does not start, switch off, unplug and let it cool before checking again.
04Why does the steam weaken or stop?
The water may be low or the cleaner may be reheating. Stop, unplug and allow it to cool fully before checking. Never refill a hot or pressurised cleaner.
05Is a little water from the nozzle normal?
A small amount of condensation can appear when steam first starts. Point the nozzle safely into a sink or cloth until the steam flow becomes steady.
06Why are there water droplets or water marks when an accessory is connected?
Hot steam can condense when it meets a cool accessory or surface. Brushes, nozzles, ironing tools and the window squeegee may release a small amount of condensed water at start-up. Point the tool safely into a sink or cloth and run steam briefly until the flow is steady.
07Which accessory should I use?
Use the straight or bent nozzle for gaps, the nylon brush on durable surfaces, the squeegee on suitable glass, and the ironing brush with cloth on suitable textiles.
08Can I clean glass with steam?
Use only on suitable heat-resistant glass. Test first and warm cold glass gradually. Never direct hot steam onto frozen, cracked or damaged glass.
09Can I use the cleaner on fabrics or upholstery?
Check the care label and test a hidden area first. Keep the tool moving and avoid delicate, heat-sensitive or water-sensitive materials.
10How should I clean and store the appliance?
Unplug, cool fully, empty remaining water, wipe clean and allow all parts to dry. Do not immerse the cleaner. Store upright in a dry place with the cord loose.
11What should I do if an accessory is blocked or damaged?
Stop, unplug and cool the cleaner before removing the accessory. Do not clear a blockage while hot, and replace any damaged accessory before further use.
SAFETY FIRST
Always allow the cleaner to cool fully.
Unplug and depressurise the appliance before opening the safety cap, refilling it, removing accessories or checking a blockage.
